Chained Bird Chapter 7: Plans

“So, you’ve found Mikoto again only he’s allied with vampires with powers and strength beyond yours?  We need him because like all of you, with the exception of Ambrose, you’re descents from the Silverbloods but were never able to awake the full power of them. Also, if it is at all possible, try to get his friends to come too, one of them is a silverblood and his sister fairly close to one,” a voice told Ambrose, Makarov and Tabitha.
The man stepped out of the shadows; he was dark-skinned with wavy silver hair that hung over his gold eyes. He was muscular and extremely tall man, roughly 6'5½", with a small goatee. He was wearing a flashy short-sleeved shirt with an open collar. He was also wearing a dark, long-sleeved open, shirt with a cross emblazoned on the left sleeve.
“Now you three, please tell me you at least know the plan for tonight?” The man asked.
They all nodded before Ambrose answered, “We’re all to go to the meet of the Elder Council, right Vincent?” he asked just to make sure.
Vincent nodded, “Our aim is to make an all-out war, the Silverbloods against the Vampires,” He grinned.
Raven sat in the wooden chair in the center of the room, hunched over his elbow of his right arm on his right leg, his chin resting in his hand. His hair was long and messy, hanging down past his chin in the front and down past the center of his back. It was wavy and curled in some places in the back, stands out in every direction.  
“So, I take it you all understand what we need to do?” Raven asked.
He shifted his eyes slightly hearing the familiar slice of scissors cutting through his hair as he looked at, Mikoto and Hikaru. They both nodded once, remaining silent. Raven didn’t have to ask Rei, they had discussed it before asking Hikaru and Mikoto.
“Okay, if you understand, what are we doing?” Raven asked them as Rei cut more of his hair.
Mikoto sighed before speaking, “We’re to go to the Elder councils meeting tonight, and speak with them, and try to make peace between the Vampires and Silverbloods before history repeats itself,” he explained flatly.
Raven rose from the chair was Rei was done cutting his hair, it was in a different style then he was used to but it didn’t matter, his hair was messy and had grown slightly paler from its jet black shade that it had been before, strands of hair framing the sides of the face and hanging between his eyes. He switched his gaze to Mikoto and Hikaru as they got up from where they were and left the room. Raven walked over to the bed picking up some clothes to get dressed.
He walked over to the mirror, looking at himself, he was wearing a long, black jacket with gold trimmings, opened with an upturned collar and rolled-up sleeves, wearing a long-sleeved white shirt underneath, straightened with an unorganized black necktie. Below he was wearing black pants and white shoes.
Rei looked at Raven before speaking, “So, when do we leave?” She asked him flatly.
“Now,” Raven told her spinning around and grabbing her before vanishing.
They appeared outside of a large house, “So this is where today’s event is being held?” Raven asked.
Rei nodded once before starting to walk in. Raven followed behind her slowly, but surely. Little did they know about the events that were about to unfold by Vincent and his gang.
